Actions in Sukuta

Since 2008, Sukuta Nema Youth Development Association has been working « on the field » with the local population, aiming, for lack of resources, for special cases, rather than projects.
With the meeting of Swiss Gambia Solidarity, Sukuta Nema Youth Development Association was able to give life to a series of « pilot projects », touching different segments of the Gambian society.
Swiss Gambia Solidarity have helped either under an economic point or under an organizational point.
From this experience, the members of Sukuta Youth have acquired the knowledge necessary to establish their own projects, to manage them autonomously, and the Association can now also accompany other groups.
